Q How soon will the order ship once it is placed?
A In most cases it will ship in 2 to 3 business days.

Q How will my order ship?
A The order will ship either UPS if there are more than 2 to 3 puppets. This depends on
weight and size. Should the order be fairly small, then it will ship via United States
Postal Service.

Q Do you accept credit cards?
A Yes, we accept Master Card, Visa and Discover.

Q Will I get an order acknowledgement?
A You will get an acknowledgement within 24 hours. It will be sent to the email address
you provided at the time of placing the order.
